Mantis FastStart Features:

• The FastStart model has all of the features of the original Mantis Tiller and hasn’t changed the quality of its commercial two-cycle engine; the advancement is in the recoil mechanism of the engine. The major change is the inclusion of a ratchet and spring that have two functions: they make the recoil cord easier to pull, and they store the energy from this pull and release it in a short powerful burst which start the engine more quickly.
